Ms. Dolgaard is a founding board member of the Arizona Disabled Scuba Divers Foundation, an organization dedicated to provide people living with disabilities the freedom and beauty of the underwater world. Ms. Dolgaard received an M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a B.S. in Public Administration (Major: Healthcare Administration) from the University of Arizona.
