Event Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorships help our Chapter to defray the costs of our educational events. They also provide an additional opportunity for our vendor community to introduce themselves to our members.

Most importantly, AzHIMSS uses sponsorship funds to offer scholarships to graduate students studying healthcare technology and informatics. AzHIMSS offers scholarships to both ASU and U of A students, selected by the university, based on merit.

There are three sponsorship levels for individual events held by AzHIMSS:

Partner Sponsor ($1,000 per event) - Unlimited number of non-competing Partner sponsors (no direct competitors). Sponsorship includes:

Logo on events page
Recognition and logo on event invitation
2 event registrations
Attendee list (no e-mail addresses or phone numbers, just name and facility)
May have company promotional literature outside presentation area.

Premier Sponsor ($1,500 per event) - Unlimited number of non-competing Premier sponsors (no direct competitors). Sponsorship includes:

Logo on AzHIMSS home page
Logo on events page
Recognition and logo on event invitation
4 event registrations
Three minutes at the podium to introduce company and introduce an event speaker.
Attendee list (no e-mail addresses or phone numbers, just name and facility)
May have company promotional literature outside presentation area.

Elite Sponsor ($2,500 per event) - Unlimited number of non-competing Elite sponsors (no direct competitors). Sponsorship includes:

Logo on AzHIMSS home page
Logo on events page
Top recognition on event invitation
4 event passes for events for a year
Recognition on all program announcements and handouts for a year
Attendee list (no e-mail addresses or phone numbers, just name and facility)
Optional 45-60 minute relevant educational presentation at sponsored event (at discretion of AzHIMSS Board) or 10 minutes at the podium to introduce company and introduce an event speaker.
May have company promotional literature outside presentation area.
